Email [email protected] with what you were doing and what happened. In the iPhone app, Settings → About has a session ID you can copy into the message, which lets us find what went wrong.
The Zero Mission Guide app
- Signing in. Accounts come from your firm. Your firm's owner or manager invites you, and you sign in with the address they invited, through Google, Microsoft or a password. There's no way to sign up on your own.
- Trying it without an account. Choose Try a demo firm to load a generic guide for a kind of firm and ask it anything. No sign-in needed.
- Working offline. Your firm's guide is kept on your phone, so it answers without signal. It updates itself when you're online, and pauses if the phone hasn't been online for a week.
- Follow-up questions. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, a follow-up your firm's guide doesn't answer directly is worked out on the phone. Answers from your firm's guide carry a green mark; anything the phone's AI adds is labeled as AI inference.
- A question the guide can't answer. It goes to your firm's list of questions to answer, and the app tells you who at your firm to ask meanwhile.
- Something wrong in your firm's guide. Tell your firm's owner or manager, or use Feedback in the portal. Your firm decides what its guide says.
Deleting your account
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We delete your account and everything tied to it, and confirm by email, within seven days. Your firm's owner or manager can also remove you from the firm's list at any time, which ends your access at once.
To remove a firm from the app on your phone, sign out of it in Settings. That deletes its guide, sign-in and recent questions from the phone.
